What data I collect and why

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address and message, along with your company name if you choose to provide it. I use this information only to respond to your inquiry (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR).

How long I keep your data

I retain correspondence while our conversation or working relationship continues, and for up to two years afterwards, unless the law requires a different retention period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, restrict its processing, request data portability, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Poland’s supervisory authority.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses the necessary md_cookie_consent cookie to remember your choice for 180 days. It is not used to track visits.

Google Analytics is not currently active. When I enable it, I will ask for your consent again before analytics starts.

Optional Google Analytics 4 runs only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). It measures visits and how people use this website. Without consent, the Google script is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. Advertising features and ad personalization are disabled.

Once analytics is enabled and you consent, the service may set _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 180 days. Visit data may include cookie identifiers, pages visited, browser and device information, and the source of your visit. Contact form contents are not sent to analytics.

You can select “Necessary only” and still use this website. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
